About our company
Meet the Owner
With almost a decade of experience in the hardwood flooring business, Josh Ruffner decided in 2025 to take the leap and launch his business, aiming to provide high-quality flooring services to the Central Pennsylvania region. Through his previous work with one of best hardwood flooring companies in the area, Josh received specialized trainings through the National Wood Flooring Association’s school. Our goal at New Life is to offer services that help people rediscover the inherent beauty of their existing hardwood, tile, and vinyl floors by restoring them to new life.
Josh resides in State College with his wife (Madison), his stepdaughter (Paige), Pomeranian (Po), and Flemish Giant (Cotton). In his free time, Josh enjoys fishing, woodworking, and checking things off of that seemingly never-ending list of house projects.
